About James Marconi, Conservare’s lead blogger

James grew up in Lynn, Massachusetts until he left that “Communist satellite” to attend the University of Richmond. Before then, he went to public schools, and maintains that high school taught him more about how to tuck his shirt in and how to wear an identification badge around his neck than about almost any subject they attempted to teach.

His interest in politics began early in life, probably around eleven or twelve days of age.  He has always had a tendency to prefer fiscally conservative principles in politics, but became truly enlightened by Conservatism at the age of eighteen after he watched a PBS documentary called “The Commanding Heights.”  This documentary enhanced and clarified his opinions and stances on virtually every political and economic issue.  Put frankly, it changed his life forever.
